Meet The team

Marie Carter

Marie has a strong emphasis on customer service and communication. Her role as a negotiator and progressor is to ensure the after sales care is in order and heading towards a completion. On a daily basis she deals with mortgage advisors, conveyancers, buyers and sellers. Out of her role she is very social with her various friends and participates in open water swimming.

Michael Reynolds

Michael is a key part to the service Charles Harding prides themselves on. Having worked in estate agency since college he oversees the rental portfolio as letting manager. Splitting his time between the rental and sales, he also undertakes valuations and negotiations between buyers and sellers. Out of the office he is often keeping busy with DIY and his young daughters.

George Harding

George is a key part of our Old Town sales team and has been with us for more than 10 years. He started out and continues to do energy performance certificates. He is now the face at the door for all your property valuations and viewings. Out of work George enjoys playing golf and is still hoping for his hole in one.

Marie Baldwin

Marie is at her happiest with fresh air in her lungs and soil on her hands, whether she’s tending her garden or enjoying long walks outdoors. In the office, she’s a vital part of the team, managing the property portfolio and coordinating with contractors, landlords, and tenants to keep everything running smoothly. Outside of work, Marie’s true passion is seroc dancing, which she shares with her husband — a hobby that keeps her moving, smiling, and part of a vibrant local community.

Craig Regan

Craig enjoys a busy schedule. He thoroughly enjoys being on appointments with clients. As part of his role he prominently is busy carrying out property viewings and valuations. Out of his busy day time schedule he has two young children keeping him busy with various clubs and events.

Hollie Ritchie

Hollie has a strong emphasis on customer service and communication. Her role as a negotiator and progressor is to ensure the after sales care is in order and heading towards a completion. Chloe Spooner

If you’ve ever made an enquiry or booked a viewing with us, chances are you’ve already spoken to Chloe Spooner. A very personable and approachable member of our team, Chloe is right at the heart of our day-to-day operations—handling tenant enquiries and arranging viewings across our extensive rental portfolio. Chloe brings a warm, can-do attitude to everything she does. Whether she's helping someone find their ideal rental home or answering queries with a smile, she makes the process smooth and stress-free. Outside of work, Chloe’s a true socialite. She loves catching up with friends at her local pub and is often spotted out and about with her beloved dog in tow. Her bubbly personality and love for good company shine through in everything she does—on and off the job.

Louise Griffiths

Louise is a friendly and efficient sales co-ordinator dealing with the healthy pipeline. She enjoys spending time with her daughter with a trip to the local parks as frequent as possible.

Dawn Warren

Dawn offers a wide range of skills and experience and is passionate about providing the personal and friendly service we strive for. Dawn is hard working and uses her local knowledge and expertise to help our clients achieve the best price for their property and to do everything possible to provide a smooth and successful sale.

Christy Farr

Christy has been an invaluable member of the team since the opening of the North Swindon office in 2008. Priding herself on customer service she ensures sellers and home movers have a stress free and enjoyable moving experience and is always on hand in offering her time and experience. When not managing the vast pipeline in our north Swindon office she enjoys taking time away with her two young children often to various destinations around the globe with a long stroll along the beach and shops among her top priorities.

Nicola Packer

Nicola boasts over 15years in the property industry and became an important member of the growing Charles Harding North Swindon team in 2012. Nicola is a born and bred Swindonian so has excellent knowledge of the town and the amenities around. Her previous experience includes 3 years within property lettings, providing her with valuable knowledge in both residential sales and lettings. Nicola is a 'people person' who’s main roll is accompanying many of the viewings and making sure there is effective, subsequent feedback. She also prides herself on being able to match the right person to the right home. During her spare time, she likes nothing more than spending time with her family and friends, and also enjoy country walks followed by a relaxing glass of wine

Jon Harding

Jon founded the company in November 1977 at the age of only 21. He has continued to oversee the expansion of the firm and has thoroughly enjoyed his career in an everchanging, challenging and exciting market. Jon will often be seen enjoying some well earned quality time with his family often taking trips to his holiday home in Spain.

Millie Bills

Millie brings a perfect blend of professionalism and personality to her role as a Sales Negotiator. Millie’s can-do attitude and dedication make her a valued part of the team. When she’s not busy making things happen at work, you’ll likely find her spending quality time with her family and her miniature sausage dog, Spud.

Lucas Hatherall

Lucas is the newest member of our team, stepping into the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator with plenty of drive and enthusiasm. Outside of work, Lucas is a big Liverpool FC fan and a black belt in Taekwondo—he even teaches it in his spare time!

Lee Thrush

Lee has worked in Swindon as an Estate Agent for over 30 years and has been running his own franchise based in Gorse Hill. Born and bred in Swindon, Lee has a great insight into the local area and housing market, he prides himself on giving honest and professional advice and this has been the key to his success throughout the years. Lee is a golf enthusiast and thoroughly enjoys tackling a good course and, of course, the fundamental, social after.

Jenny Matin

Jen has been an integral part of our team since 2005, bringing a wealth of experience, dedication, and warmth to everything she does. As a key member of our rental team, Jen plays a vital role in client relations and branch accounts—ensuring landlords and tenants are happy, and payments are handled quickly and smoothly. Her attention to detail and commitment to service make her an indispensable part of our success.

Mark Reynolds

Mark partnered with Jon shortly after the company was founded and quickly expanded to a new branch in Commercial Road where he has been since 1990. In this time Mark has overseen the expansion of the extensive rental portfolio and is a key contact within the commercial and investor sector within the Swindon community. Mark is very active and will be very often seen on his bike heading to a meal or a swift drink within the local bars, pubs and restaurants.

Emma

Emma has been a valued member of the team for over five years and is the day-to-day link between landlords and tenants. From ensuring smooth move-ins to coordinating successful check-outs, she helps keep the lettings process running seamlessly. Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her family in her native Devon, often relaxing with a gin and tonic by the coast.

Georgia

Georgia helps manage the ever-changing compliance and administrative demands of the lettings sector. She also brings a creative flair to our social media and marketing activities. Outside of work, Georgia is a busy and active member of her local community, often juggling family life and children's activities with endless energy.
